Fine until you need to contact them. Slingshot have tried to automate their help process and it has not worked. I logged a help desk call 20 days ago and am still waiting for some service. Despite their TV adds there is no way to speak to a human.
Pros
Their on line user portal is good.
Cons
They don’t value customers and don’t have a way to provide appropriate customer support.

I have been with 2 Degrees when it was Snap about 7 years ago.
Reliable Broadband let down by greedy price Increases
Pros
Reliable hardly let you down.
Cons
Greedy pricing. During Covid 19 Outbreak they wanted to increase my price by $25 pm for ADSL. Explained I had been with them about 7 years and if I wanted a new cheaper plan I would have to go on a plan with a termination fee off $199 for 12 months. What a check to one of your original customers. ...read more

Great provider. Prices cannot compare with a bundled deal though
Pros
Responsive. Trusted brand. Good options for adding on. Will be keeping mobile phone plan and Spark mail
Cons
Price banding with the unplan was a bit of a pain. Can't compete with a unlimited bundled plan.

Have just gone onto WN fill time as we had to work a month on our previous provider and have had no problems so far
Pros
As been wireless we can take modem with us when we travel in our motorhome as we are very happy with WN as we have had no problem with coverage
Cons
Does not have coverage from modem to phone when we go outside a wee distance as we hade coverage with the other provider.

There is nothing wrong with Spark broadband. The set up was easy and moving house was also easy. It's just cheaper at the moment to take a bundle with our power provider
Pros
No fees for extra use. We only ever paid one fee each month
Cons
Obviously cannot beat the price of a package with our power server
