Great ISP for people who are technology focused, if you are running a homelab or want to be hosting all your own services this is the ISP for you! Provides much more advanced features to other ISP's and doesn't force you to use a lame provided "router" that you end up paying for and never using. Staff are quick to action any major issues and give you complete transparancy when it's needed!

One-Off static IP fee, free rDNS, ability to add multiple IP's, Discord community, Quic branded merchandise!!

Quic has been pretty solid and when it hasn't the support team on their discord has been open about the issues and updates. Speeds have been fine! There is no "normal help desk", this is a ISP for nerds/geeks though!

Good updates from discord, good speeds, good features like RDNS, ONT diagnostics, etc.

Cons

None, unless you need a traditional help desk/need your hand help when issues happen.

Quic are a fantastic ISP with the highest quality offerings of any ISP in the country. I do not hesitate to recommend them and have had nothing but a perfect experience with them over multiple connections for a long time.

I’m really glad I switched from Vodafone to Simply Broadband. The whole process was easy, the customer service has been great, and it’s refreshing to deal with a New Zealand-owned company that keeps things simple and affordable.

Wow, here's a surprise a company who talks in the phone to it customers! No recorded questions to answer, or looooong holds. My other provider Skinny was absolutely abysmal to deal with. These guys answered a phone call and bought my connection date forward a week and had it all done in a few hours as promised, the internet was on. Mind blown. These guys are the best!
